JEWOOK OH Advisory processes personal information only as needed to receive and respond to advisory inquiries.

    We process personal information to receive advisory inquiries, review their contents, respond to the person making the inquiry, and conduct follow-up consultations. Inquiry information is not reused for marketing or advertising.

    The advisory inquiry form collects the following information.

    • Inquiry message
    • Agreement to the collection and use of personal information

    Optional

    • Company name
    • Budget range

  3. Retention and deletion

    Personal information submitted with an inquiry is retained for one year from the date the inquiry is received.

    When the retention period expires, the information is deleted without undue delay. Electronic information is deleted in a manner intended to prevent its recovery or reproduction.

  4. Refusing consent and your rights

    You may refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. If you do not consent to the required collection, however, you cannot submit an advisory inquiry through this website.

  5. Third parties and cloud services

    We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for marketing or advertising.

    We use Netlify for site hosting and runtime services, and Supabase for database and administrator authentication services.

  6. Possible international processing

    We use cloud services including Netlify and Supabase to operate this site. In providing those services, personal information may be processed in or transferred to locations outside your country. The primary region of the Supabase database that stores the main inquiry data is Seoul, Korea.

  7. Tracking tools and cookies

    We do not use advertising trackers or public analytics. Technical cookies may be used where necessary for site operations such as administrator authentication.
